How far do Crystal Clear Services travel for appointments?

How far in advance can I book my cleanings?

If you're scheduling a one-time deep clean, you can book it as far as four weeks in advance. If you're scheduling a recurring clean, you can take comfort in knowing Crystal Clear Services will visit your home on a weekly or bi-weekly basis as long as you'd like.

Do I need to provide my own cleaning products?

Nope! Our Crystal Clear Services come fully equipped with all their own eco-friendly cleaning products and instruments. However, if you insist, we will happily use your own cleaning products as long as they are Green Seal Certified. Due to our green-cleaning policy, it is important that maintain that standard even in the event you want to provide us with your cleaning products.

Are your Cleaners bonded and insured?

Yes, Crystal Clear Services are both bonded and insured. You can refer to our service pages for more details.

Where can I direct any feedback/concerns to?

Please direct any and all questions concerns to crystalclearsvcs@gmail.com. When your cleaning is completed, we will send you a feedback form to rate your experience.

How do I pay?

We accept most major credit and debit cards. Your credit or debit card will not be charged until the day of service.

Can you clean my oven?

Absolutely. Crystal Clear Services are oven cleaning machines! Simply select the additional "oven cleaning service" while making your appointment, and your oven will shine again like the day you bought it!

Do you clean vents?

If vents are within reach, we will clean them, but not ducts – we leave those to the HVAC professionals!

What if I have a lot of pets?

No problem! As long as they don’t cause harm or get in the way of Crystal Clear Services doing their jobs, pets are not a problem.
